Breathwork Coaching

We all breathe, but how can good breathing techniques and building lung capacity help with managing or averting meltdowns?

Breathwork – Balancing Heart and Brain

Without Technology and/or with Inner Balance

Everything begins and ends with Breath work. – Every session I run individually or in a group setting I start with breath work. This is to adopt the practice of calming the nervous system before we start. This is whether you are learning how to use the Forbrain, Soundsory or any other tool.

There is also a separate program to learn about achieving and maintaining your inner balance of emotional regulation, or how to restore your inner balance when you encounter a trigger and start heading to a meltdown. This is based on my Research, the Polyvagal Theory (PVT), coming out of Defence mode, and being qualified to coach in the tool.

To learn more about the balance of heart and brain with Breath work. Ideally, you would begin with this program, before using the other tools and/or program in the toolkit.

Every Session will begin and end with breathwork, before the topic content.

Services

HeartMath Facilitator

Originally trained as a HeartMath Facilitator in 2013, Adrienne is currently retraining for Clinical Practice.  The difference is only in the number of people (individual to group).

The Technology used in a practice is the Emwave Pro. This is a database on my laptop, that holds session data.

An in practice session is recorded for an individual to observe the heart rate variability (HRV) and achieved coherence levels.  As coherence builds, an individual can gain more resilience within and learn to change the inner state through thought and breathe.

Communication (small group)

What do we say after “Hello”?

For those with some speech, knowing how to have a conversation or what to talk about is difficult. For Non-verbal people, finding any form of communication that works for them is incredibly hard.  Sometimes it’s the Non-verbal that have a lot to say – they just can’t get it out (for whatever reason).  But there are tools and methods which can help.

Workshops and Training

Some teaching and age groups lend themselves to learning in a workshop setting.  These are organized as the need arises and common themes and topics emerge. Workshops may be on-line or in-person depending on the group and topic.
