Solutions with Adrienne J Furness
At NESST Solutions, we understand that every learner and every family is different. That’s why we take the time to find the right solution for your child, your family, and your situation, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Our work is guided by three key principles:
Emotional regulation and nervous system safety – because learning cannot happen when a child is overwhelmed.
Assistive technologies and supports – carefully selected to reduce barriers and support learning when helpful.
The human connection – calm, trusting relationships that create safety, confidence, and engagement.
By bringing these elements together, NESST Solutions helps create the conditions where neurodiverse learners can feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
Adrienne was a teacher who became an adult workplace educator of large computer systems in corporate settings. She pursued a Masters of Learning Science and Technology at the University of Sydney to combine her interests in Education, Neuroscience, and Technology.
Throughout her studies of over 10 years, she has continued to pursue her research into Meltdowns for the NeuroDiverse, and the Heart/Brain/Gut connection, the Poly-vagal Theory, and the inner workings of the Brain. She has also found the technology tools that can assist those with learning difficulties including, Speech and Language, ESOL, Auditory Processing Disorder and Dyslexia.
Adrienne’s favourite topics are Meltdowns, Brain Chemistry or Nutrition and the Science of Learning.
Sponsorship or Donations
Support is welcome, there is much to be done.
There are many teens to adults (and younger) who require these necessary skills and knowledge to come into their own lives and less dependent on parents and other family members…. or to stay out of court systems.
This is not a charitable entity, so please be aware that while receipts can be provided for any donations or sponsorship, they are not tax deductible.
However, any such offerings are gratefully received to further this work, including sponsoring a tool or program of learning for those less fortunate.
Please use your name as a reference to email me via the contact form to enable me to send a receipt (unfortunately, not tax deductible).
